Vendor Program
Most cash customers are actually going to their
bankers for the funds. Bankers have been known to not only discourage a
customer from taking on additional debt but may actually refer another vendor for a competitive quote. By providing monthly payment quotes for 3, 4
and 5 years along with your cash price, you are keeping CONTROL of your
deal.
Our role will always be to help facilitate the
sale of your products by providing financing. We will insure that you keep
at arm’s length from the customer on the financing but will always inform you
of the status.
If you have a customer interested in lease
financing, please call us or complete the questionnaire below for a quote
so we can get some insight on your customer, thereby allowing us to price
accordingly.

WHAT IS THE LEASE FINANCE FLOW?
- You contact Universal Leasing Services (ULS) for a
custom quote and present it to your customer along with a cash
price.
- If customer opts for financing, call ULS and
provide a contact name and number.
- ULS calls customer, confirms interest in leasing,
and faxes lease application.
- ULS receives completed lease application and starts
process, typically 1-2 business days.
- ULS secures lease approval.
- ULS sends a set of lease documents to the customer.
- Once ULS receives the correctly signed lease
documents, you will be issued a Purchase Order.
- As soon as the equipment is delivered (and
installed, if installation is included in the lease) full payment is
issued to you by overnight mail.
